A Yoga Studio Built Around Pickwick Lake Living

Living near Pickwick Lake is its own kind of medicine — the water, the trees, the slower pace. Pickwick Lake Yoga was built around that same feeling. Our studio is warm, our classes are unhurried, and our teachers care more about how you feel than how your pose looks.

We teach the full range of styles — from absolute-beginner Hatha through dynamic Vinyasa Flow, deep Yin holds, fully-supported Restorative classes, prenatal yoga for expectant moms, and seasonal outdoor sunrise classes on the lake. Whether you have never set foot on a mat or you have been practicing for twenty years, there is a class here for you.

Your very first class is always free. No registration fees, no contracts, no high-pressure sales pitch. Book a free class or call (731) 603-9465 and we will get you on the mat.

What Our Students Say

"I had never done yoga before. I was nervous. The teacher walked me through everything, modified poses when I needed it, and at the end I felt taller and lighter than I had in years. I have been back every week since."

— Janet R., Savannah, TN

"The outdoor sunrise class on the lake is something special. Just the sound of the water, the birds, and the teacher's voice. It is the best part of my Saturday."

— Mark D., Pickwick Dam

"I came in with shoulder pain from years at a desk. The yin and restorative classes have done more for me than two years of physical therapy. The teachers actually know anatomy."

— Patricia L., Iuka, MS
