Recurring Workshops

Yoga for Back Pain (2 hours)

One Saturday a month. A deep dive into the postures, modifications, and home practice that actually helps chronic back pain. Suitable for all levels and all back-pain stories.

Beginner's Intensive (3 hours)

Once a season. A three-hour workshop that covers the foundational postures slowly enough to actually learn them, plus the philosophy of yoga and how to build a home practice. Great launching pad for new students.

Restorative + Sound Bath (90 min)

One Sunday a month. A fully-supported restorative practice paired with live crystal-bowl sound bath at the end. The deepest rest you will have all month.

Yin & Meditation (2 hours)

Quarterly. A two-hour Yin practice followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. A reset for busy minds and tight bodies.

Annual Lake Retreats

Spring Reset Retreat (3 days, 2 nights)

April or May, depending on weather. A long weekend at a lake-front cabin: morning Vinyasa, midday Yin, afternoon hikes or paddleboarding, evening Restorative + sound bath, beautiful meals, real sleep. Single and double occupancy options include lodging and meals.

Fall Restoration Retreat (3 days, 2 nights)

October or early November. Similar format to spring but with more emphasis on rest and restoration as we move into the slower part of the year.

Private Group Events

We host private group yoga events for bachelorette weekends, family reunions, corporate retreats, and birthday gatherings. Indoor or lake-side. Sized to your group.
