What a Private Session Includes
- Intake conversation — we talk about your goals, history, injuries, and what you want from yoga
- Customized sequence — the teacher builds the practice around you, not a group
- Hands-on adjustments (with your consent) to help you feel postures correctly
- Home practice handout — we email you a few key postures and how often to do them
Session Length & Options
- 60-minute single session
- 90-minute single session (great for new students or deeper work)
- Semi-private (you and a friend or partner)
- 5-session packages at a discount

Where We Meet
At the studio, in a quiet private room. We can also meet at your home or rental cottage if you are vacationing at the lake — ask about the travel arrangement when you book.
